DNS records control where your website, email, and other services point.
- A Record: points a hostname to an IP address.
- CNAME: aliases one hostname to another.
- MX Record: routes email to your mail server.
If DNS management is enabled for your domain in the Client Area, open the domain management page and edit records carefully. Remove duplicate or conflicting records whenever possible.
Important: incorrect DNS changes can take your website or email offline. If unsure, open a support ticket before editing production records.
