How to Reset Your Client Area Password

If you cannot log in, reset your password securely from the login page.

  1. Go to the Client Area login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter the email address on your account.
  4. Check your inbox for the reset link and follow the instructions.
  5. Choose a strong new password you have not used elsewhere.

If you do not receive the email, check spam/junk folders or contact support to verify the email address on your account.
